Pursuant; to an Order of the Chancery Division cl the High Court of Justice in England, dated the 7th December, 1023, and made in an Action in the Matter of the Estate of Agnes Maria Johnson Jones, spinster, deceased (late of 123 Cardield Gardens, Harnpsted, in the County of Middlesex, who died on the 11th April, 1922). An inquiry what person or persons upon the death of the Testatrix Agnes Maria Johnson Jones, became beneficially oi.titled to any personal estate of hers as to which she died intestate, and if more than one. in what shares and proportions, ;iud whether any' such persona are since dead, and if dead when they died, and who are their legal personal representatives. 2.
