HORDERN DIVORCE CASE
DECREE NISI GRANTED. LONDON, Mny 26. Mrg Edith Hordern petitioned for a divorce on the grounds of non-compli-ance with the restitution decree which she was granted in April, 1923. She also alleged misconduct. Mr Justice Horridge in April, 1923, granted a decree for the restitution of her conjugal rights against her husband, Anthony Shubra Hordern, formerly of Sydney. The suit was not defended. A decree nisi was granted the petitioner, and she was also granted custody of three children under the age of 21 years.
