Minnie Bertha Arndt, aged 32, residing .fitb her parents at Parnell, was found lii, her room with her throat cut and a razor alongside. A doctor was called, but the woman was dead. Bartholomew, S.M., who sat as coroner. Evidence was given by the husband of the deceased, by Mrs Hutchison i(a neighbour), and by Dr Shaw. The coroner returned a verdict that qeoth was due to heart failure, following on degeneration of the heart muscles.
