A, FURTHER DEVELOPMENT. THE DINGO OR KINGSDALE? X further development in the “ringingin” cases in connection with certain trotlinpf horses was heard in tho City Police Court on Saturday morning before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M., when John Richards was charged with, on' or about October 1, 1923, conspiring with Walter Leonard James Cameron by fraudulent means to defraud the Gore Racing Club by entering a trotting horse named The Dingo in the Balfoui Trot, at the Gore Racing Chib’s meeting, at Gore on October 20, 1923, under the false name of Kingsdale. Mr A. C. Hanlon appeared for accused. Chief-detective Lewis asked for a remand for one week, and that if bail were allowed that it be substantial. Tho remand was granted until Friday next, and bail was allowed, accused in £3CO and one surety of £3OO, or two of £l5O each.
