Wilmot, o£ St. Kilda road, Melbourne, a carrier, stepped into the wit ness box in the County Court recently n» response to a judgment summons, he was recognised by Judge V 7 illiams as a creditor, “I do not desire to hear this case,” said Judge money for a couple of loads of wood and a load of mallee roots.
