ARBITRATION COURT AWARDS. (pea UNif*n Panes AsaocfATtOK.l AUCKLAND, December 17. In compensation claims before the Arbitration Court, Mr Justice Fraser awarded William Burke £4OO against the Nobel Explosives (Ltd.) in respect of the loss of his *on Henry John Burke, when he was second officer of the schooner Huia. Afrnes Annie Wilson was awarded hlcAl against the Union Steam Ship Company for the death of her son, Robert Cowie Wilson, a seaman on the steamer Kauri, who died from injuries cnusecl by falling against a hatch at Newcastle. The £SO which had already been paid was included in the award.
