ANNOUNCEMENT BY LORD HALDANE. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON. December 14. The Daily Mail says that Lord Haldane proudly announces that he is still an avowed pro-German. Interviewed by Vorwaorts he aid: “The Germans are a great, tenacious, industrious, indestructible people. I believe I know them well.' In England I pass rightly as a pro-Ger-man.
