The Lily of the Valley Lodge held its half-yearly meeting in the Albany Street Hall. A.D. Bro. Trimmell presiding over a fair attendance. Correspondence and the condition of sick brethren were reported on and received, and the election of officers took place and resulted as follows:—l.P.A., Bra Trimmell; A.D., Bro. Little; V.A., Bro. Campbell, sen.; 1.G., Bro. Campbell; 0.U., Bro. S. Campbell; Secretary, Bro. Watson (re-elected); Treasurer, Bro. Robertson (re-elected); A.D.B.’s, Bros. Cook and Bedford; V.A., Bros. Lethaby and Tliompsop; M.C., Bro. Reid, P.G.G.; 6.L. Representative, Bro. Bradshaw; substitute, Bro. Lethaby; Bros._ Walker (Linden) and Bradshaw were nominated for the position of D.P. U.F.S. Dispensary delegates Bros. Reid and Lethaby gave their report of the last meeting. It was decided to hold a pound night on the occasion of the installation of officers, and members were reminded that' they had to bring a parcel. D.P. Bro. Thompson attended at a later part of the evening, and reported the condition of matters in No. 1 district.
