Exceptionally heavy entries the rule to-day, and there was an all-round easing in the fat stock market, notably in tho beet section. Fine growing weather caused a heavy .entry of cows lo be sent. Store Sheep.—There was a small entry. Two-tooth wethers, off shears, sold firmly at bite rates. Adult wethers were in keen demand, Prices for these improved. The demand for ewes and lambs was not particularly good. Good two-toothed wethers sold from 21s Id to 23s tld; ordinary, from 17a Sd to 20s; mixed-sex two-tooth, from 27s Id to 28s 2d; woolly wether hoggets, 26s Id ; aged ewes and lambs, 16s 7d, all counted; aged woolly ewes and lambs, 21s 6d, all counted ; four, six, and eight-toothed wethers, from 27s lOd to 29s Id.
