M'Farlanc. claim £4 for goods supplied (costs £1 3s 6d) ; Langley and Bnn (Ltd.) v. Henry Haynes (Wellington), claim £6O Is Id for goods supplied (costs £5) : Alex. Allan v. E. K. Hornbrook (Mosgiel), costs only (ss); same v. W T . G. Murphy, claim £3 17s 8d for goods supplied (costs 8s); Wk Gregg and Co. (Ltd.) v. Wk P, Martin (Rotorua), claim £27 Is 3d amount of dishonoured cheque (costs £3 Is).
