He fell from a two-storey building on Tuesday afternoon fracturing his skull. NELSON, November 8. John Alfred Thompson, 73, a married farmer, of Foxhill, was found hanging this morning. He leaves a grown-up family. Deceased had been suffering from a nervous breakdown. NAPIER, November 8. An inquest on James Trask, whose body was found on the beach at Westshore, was held yesterday. The deceased’s brother said it was the custom of the deceased to bathe his feet in salt water at the back of the, freezing works after his day’s work. Witness supposed that deceased slipped on the concrete and fell into the sea. The evidence of a doctor showed that the marks on the face were consistent with a fall. A verdict of found drowned was returned.
