ON FIEE AT SEA. GRAIN STEAMER’S PLIGHT. Pkm Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PERTH, November 7. (Received Nov. 7. at 10.55 p.m.) A wireless message has been received from the steamer Koranna which was cn route from Melbourne to African ports laden with grain, stating that fire is raging in No. 3 hold, which is full of coal. The vessel is in the Indian Ocean, racing for Albany. It is surmised that the position is serious as she is at least 24 hours’ steam from port. The Koranna is a vesel of 3585 tons and is owned by the Ellerman and Bucknall Company.
