Four robbers entered the bank at Ottawa. in Kansas, overpowered the personnel and escaped with 125.000 dollars in cash and negotiable securities, driving away in waiting automobiles. Five men. one dressed in United States uniform, rifled the hank in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, escaninnr with 2000 dollars cash, while in Philadelphia, Holyoke (Mass.), and Walkerville (Ontario), masked men held up automobiles in which paymasters were carrying factory payrolls, and escaped with 24.260 dollars worth of currency.—A. and N.Z.
