BOURKE. —On November 2, 1923, at hia residence, 16 Atkinson street, South Dunedin, David .uourke, late ol New Zealand Railways, and dearly beloved husband of the late Catherine Bourke; in his seventy-first year. R.I.P. GALLAND. —On November 2, 1923, at the residence of his parents, 17 Mechanic street, N.E. Valley, the beloved infant twin eon of Mr and Mrs Arthur Galland; aged three days. "Safe in the arms of Jesus.” Private interment. —K. M‘Lean and Son, undertakers. JOHNSTON.—On Tuesday, October 30, at the residence of her brother-in-law (J. Kerr), Avondale, Jane Johnston; aged 87 years. Native of Shetland (late of Mornington). MURPHY.—On November 2, 1923, at his residence, Pine Hill, , Thomas, relict of Johanna Murphy; in Iris eighty-second year. R.I.P. Private interment. —Hugh Gourley (Ltd.), undertakers. SUTHERLAND—At Clyde, on November 2, Christina Clark, dearly beloved daughter of Ann Sutherland, Clyde, and the late G eorge Sutherland, of Matakanui; aged 11 years. "A patient sufferer gone to rest.”— The Funeral will reach the Drybread Cemetery at 2.30 p.m. on Sunday, November 4.
