In ihe village cemetery of Baslow, near 'Sheffield, Eric Eadon, son of a Sheffield artist, was buriediin a grave adjoining that of his fiancee, Miss Swmdin. Mr Eadon on the pillion, collided in a moorland mist with a char-a-banc. Miss Swindon dit a from her injuries soon after the accident, and her lover survived only five days.
