Resolved by way of Special Resolution, to operate as a Special Order, that the Taieri River Trust, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Taieri River Improvement Amendment Act. 1921, and the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, Raise a Special Loan of £3500 for the purpose of Repairing the Damage caused by the flood in April and May, 1923.
