A meeting of the Royal Marriage Celebration Committee was held at the Provincial Hotel yesterday afternoon, Mr J. S. Webb in tile chair. After some discussion it was resolved: --“That the following amounts be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the arrangements in an effective manner; £4OO to the Refreshment Sub-commit-tee ; £SO to tho Benevolent Asylum ; £25 to the Immigrants’ Dome; £2OO to the Decoration Committee; and £3O to the Procession Committee.” . .
