TO THE EIMTOR. Sir—l. desire to niako a humble appeal to the Rugby Union. I am a "grauclstandor" and admit that I have the weakness of Hkinjr a. lot for my 'money. Tf the Rugbv Union will kindly put the 'Varsity A and B matoh on at Carisbrook at. 1.30 p.m. it will oblige a humble soul who pays his sixpence plus sevenpeneo for the grandstand. —I am, etc., One-and-a-pennt.
