AMERICAN SENATE VETERAN
DEATH ABOARD A TRAIN. VANCOUVER, April 29. Mr Kiiute Nelson, aged 80, of Minnesota, the oldest member of the United States Senate, died aboard a train on the way to Chicago. He was a Civil War veteran, and was a staunch supporter, of American participation in the Great War.
