MAY DAY DEMONSTRATION THWARTED.

A Pittsburg message states that the proposed May Day demonstrations were thwarted by the arrest of 23 alleged Communists and tho seizure of tons of Radical literature urging violence. Bombmaking was also found in the places raided.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
