The men, who formed tho crew of a trawler, wero earned into tho North Atlantic by severe gales, and they subsisted on fish for 16 days. The owners gave the vessel trp for lost, and compensation was paid, while the wives of the men went into mourning. The men were rescued by a German trawler, which towed them 200 miles.—A. and N.Z.
