A DANGEROUS MANIAC
OPERATING BY NIGHT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright VICTORIA, 8.C., March 1. (Received March 2, at 8.25 p.m.) An unidentified maniac is haunting the suburbs at night, discharging a revolver. It is believed that he murdered a young bank clerk named Ernest Lorenz, who was mysteriously shot whilst en route to his home. Robbery was not attempted.—• A, and N.Z. Cable.
