RULES APPROVED BY CABINET.; (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. January 18. The radio telegraph regulations for amateur experimental and broadcasting station# have been iinally approved by Cabinet, ano dominion has been divided into four radio districts—Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago—each with a radio inspector. Provision has been made for licenses to establish radio stations and also for certificates for operators. Evidence of British nationality is required of licensees and operators. Special precautions will betaken to prevent interference with ships’ messages, especially S.O.S. calls. A declara--tion of secrecy regarding public correspondence will be required, and power will be taken to control radio stations in cases of emergency. Broadcasting controversial propaganda will lie forbidden.
