Carnations only flowered in July 15 years ago, now there is a variety which will stand outdoor life all the year round, blooming for tight months in succession. Two churches, one in Edinburgh and tho other in Southport, aro now fitted with a special appliance which enables deaf worshippers to listen to the service.
