THE WEATHER
The weather was most unseasonable yesterday, when a cold drizzle, accompanied by a motleruie to strong north-east wind, prevailed all day. In the late afternoon the rain eased a little, but continued again steadily during the evening. The barometer fell stead'ly during the day.
