HULL WOOL SALES, Messrs Dalgoty and Co. report having received the following cablegram from their office, dated London, January 12: "Hull wool sales opened; attendance of buyers is good; competition animated. American and English buyers are the principal operators. Bulk of the offerings consist of crossbreds. As compared wtih last sale’s closing rates in London, merino wools Id to lid per lb higher; crossbred wools, fine quality, 5d to Id per lb higher; crossbred wools, medium and coarse quality, Id to lid per lb higher.” GRAIN AND PRODUCE. Butter: Dairy, Is 2d to Is 3d per lb. Honey: Prime clover, bulk, Gd per lb; 10lb tins, Gs to 6s Od each. Beeswax, Is Gd per lb. Fat, l,“a to 21s per cwt. Poultry: Hens, 2s to 3s per pair; ducks. 6s per pair; geese, 8s per pair. Turkeys: Hsus, S)d per lb; gobblers lOd per lb. Pigs; Baconers, Old; porkers, G-jd per lb.
