A CHEERING REPORT. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LAUSANNE, January 12. (Received dan. 13, at 0.40 a.m.) The Minorities Sub-commission has reached a, unanimous agreement. Ihe Turks have undertaken to give a full amnesty to all Christians, except 150 persons who will be expelled. The Allies dropped the proposal that Christians should not be liable to military service, as there was no likelihood of the Turks agreeing to it.—A. and N.Z.
