THURSDAY, JANUARY 11. (Before Mr 11. W. Bundle, S.M.) Undefended Coses.—Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—Charles M’Kessar v. Hope Dick, for £2 ss, rent, and costs (£1 3s 6d); Kornohau Bros. v. W. Steele, for £5 15s, igoods supplied, and costs (£1 10s 6d); Chambers and Son (Ltd.) v. R. G. Woodham, Temukn, £54 18s, goods supplied, and costs (£4 13s 6d); same v. A. F. Stocker (Washd.vke), for £99 5s Bd, goods supplied, and costs (£5 10s); same v. H. C. Campbell (Timairu), for £5 5s 2d, goods supplied, and costs (£1 10s 6d); Ross, King, and Mullingcr v. Joseph Gardiner, showman, for £5 2s, goods supplied and work done, and costs (£1 10s 6d); Moore, Moore, and Nichol v. Thomas G. Marwick, for £26 ss, professional services, and costs (£6 11s). Order for Possession.—An order for the possession of 81 Bay View road, St. Kiltla, was made in favour of R. P. D. Leathley against G. F. Clnleo, together with an order for the payment of £5 5s and costs (£1 18s).
