The Kamo, from Greymouth, via Lyttelton and Timaru, is due Here on Monday to ’complete discharge and load for Westport and Greymouth. Tho City of Newcastle is to sail at noon to-duy for Melbourne and Sydney, where she will complete discharge of her American cargo. The same company’s steamer Waitomo, ■which arrived at Lyttelton from Nauru Island on Wednesday with a cargo of phosphates, is to sail to-day for Port Chalmers, where she will complete discharge. Tho vessel will afterwards dock for survey and overhaul. WAXTEMATA DUE TO-MORROW. Tho Union Steam Ship Company’s cargo steamer Waitemata, from Calcutta, via Auckland and Wellington, is to leave Lyttelton to-day for Timaru and Dunedin, whore she will continue discharging her Eastern merchandise. Due here on Sunday, she will eail about Tuesday for Bluff and Newcastle, where she will complete unloading. THE CANADIAN PIONEER. Tho Canadian Government Line steamer Canadian Pioneer, which arrived at Bluff at 3.30 p.m. yesterday from Adelaide, is to sail at 3 p.m. to-day for Port Chalmers, where she is due to-morrow morning. Sho will load a considerable quantity of wool, hemp, and general cargo for New York, Boston, and Montreal, and is to sail to-morrow afternoon for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland to complete loading. MAIMOA DUE TO-DAY. The Shaw, Savill. and Albion liner Maiinoa. which left Bluff yesterday afternoon, . should reach Port Chalmers at daybreak today to load a large quantity of wool and general cargo for America and the United liingdom. She is to sail this evening for Lyttelton, Timaru, and northern ports to complete loading. THE ROTHESAY BAY. SINKS AT MOORINGS. White anchored at her moorings off tho ’Western wharf, Auckland, on Sunday afternoon the Union Company’s hulk Rothesay Bay began to sink, owing to tho entrance of water through a pipe in the side of tho hull. A ferry steamer was sent shortly afterwards to tho hulk's assistance, and towed it until it stranded on the mud off tho north wadi. Th© firefloat, owned by tho Auckland Harbour Board, was despatched later in the afternoon to pump the water cut of th© hulk, and when tho tide rose again the Rothesay Bay' was easily refloated and brought alongside tho Arahura to transfer coal to the steamer’s bunkers. The Rothesay Bay, which is tho Union Company’s newest hulk at Auckland, and was brought io Auckland from Wellington about 12 months ago, was alongside the Kaikorai on Saturday receiving coal that had been brought from Newcastle, and when taken to her moorings in th© evening sho had about 1200 tons on betel.

RUAHINE AT LONDON. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Ruahine, which left Wellington on November 22 for Southampton and London, reached her destination on January 4. H.M.S. CHATHAM UNDOCKED. H.M.S. Chatham was undocked at Auckland on Monday morning, and berthed at tho Sheerlegs wharf. It is not anticipated that either the Chatham, the Veronica, or the Laburnum will leave Auckland for some weeks. TUTANEKAI AT AUCKLAND. The Government steamer Tntanckai arrived at Auekland on Monday evening, and left on Wednesday morning to tend to the lights and buoys in the Hauraki Gulf. She is expected to return to Auckland to-mor-row, to take in stores for tho northern lighthouses, leaving for tho north early on Tuesday morning. RUAPEHU, FROM LONDON. Tlic New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Ruapehu, from London and Southampton, arrived at Wellington at 6.15 p.m. yesterday, with 82 saloon and 273 third class passengers, tho latter including 185 immigrants. Southern passengers will leave by the Wahine this morning, and should arrive boro to-morrow evening. WITHIN 'WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels were expected to he within range of tho under-mentioned wireless stations last night:—Auckland; Makura, Wairnna, Culna, Waiotapu, Government 6.8. Tutanekai, Boveric, Suffolk. Easterner, Navna, Kurow, and Kent. Wellington: Maori, Wahine, Ngaio, Kaimanawa, Ruapehu, Wanaka, Devon, AVingatni, Carpentaria, Otarama, Cumberland, Iron Chief, and Port Hunter. PORT ELLIOTT, FPiOM LONDON. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Elliott, from London, arrived at Auckland at 6.15 a.m. yesterday. After unloading part of her cargo at Auckland, the Port Elliott will com© on to Wellington, where she is duo on January 20. The vessel is to leave Wellington on January 23 for Napier to complete discharge. MOERAKI DUE TO-DAY. The Union Steam Ship Company’s fin© intercolonial passenger steamer Moeraki, from Melbourne, was to leave Bluff last night for Dunedin, and ia duo here on this morningls tide. She has passengers, mails, end general cargo for this port, and will berth at the cross wharf. The Moeraki is to sail to-morrow for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Melbourne. THE NAVUA’S CARGO. Tho Union Company’s Island steamer Navua arrived at Auckland from Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji at 6.20 a.m. oiy Monday. She landed 90 passengers and discharged her cargo of 16,638 cases and 1523 bunches of bananas, as well as 59 cases of pineapples. Tho Navua left Auckland on December 15, and experienced fine weather on the voyage, which was uneventful. She was expected to sail for Fiji, Tonga, and Samoa yesterday morning. PINNA WITH OIL FUEL. The British Imperial oil steamer Pinna, ex Polahannon, Captain Lane, arrived from Singapore on Tuesday morning. She loaded about 85.000 cases of. fuel oil nt Singapore and about 4000 tons of bulk oil at Borneo. The vessel sailed from Singapore on December 13, and experienced heavy monsoonal rains to Torres Straits, but fine weather in the Tasman Sea. About 42,000 cases of oil and a quantity of bulk oil will be discharged at Auckland, the remainder of the cargo being for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Pinna is to sail to-day for southern ports, and is due hero about January 23. MAUNGANUI’S PASSENGERS. The following are tho latest movements of vessels in the intercolonial service: Th© Manuka is to leave Sydney to-day, and is due at Auckland on January 16. T(jc Mnraroa is to leave Auckland today, and is due at Sydney on January 16. Leaving Sydney on January 19, she is duo at Wellington on January 23. The Uliraaroa is to leave Wellington today for Sydney, whore she is due on January 16. It, is not yet definitely known when tho Rama will be despatched from Lyttelton tor the Chatham Islands. The pump was removed on Wednesday to an engineering shop and the vessel may be ready to proceed to sea' by to-day. The Cygnet was placed on the slip at Lyttelton on Wednesday morning in order that an inspection might be made to discover if any damage had been caused by tho vessel bumping some submerged object on Saturday morning while off Capo Campbell. The inspection showed that tho vessel had received a bump *nder her boilers, causing a dent abrut a foot in length, loosening one or two rivers. The stern-post was slightly bent and the propeller worn through grazing the bent stern-post. It is expected that the vessel will come off _tbo slip to-day and be ready to sail for Kaikou;a, Nelson, and Mbtueka to-morrow. THE RUAPEHU’S PASSENGERS. The Ruapehu (Captain A. K.
