A grade Friesian cow. Queen of Crocus Valley, in Minnesota (says the Breeders' Gazette') holds what is believed to bo the world's record for a grade cow on official test. She was officially tested under the rules of the Friesian Advanced Registry Association, and in seven days made 30.51 b of butter. 21.1ib fat, and 602.211 b milk. In 11 days she made 601 b of butter, thus .malting a aolb record for two consecutive weeks, Hex highest day’s milk was 103.91 b.
