The High Commissioners have arranged the procedure of the inquiry, which will be held immediately, with reference, first, in regard to what steps are being taken to provide for full consultation with the representatives of the dominions and the colonies in order to secure the use of Imperial produce; secondly, the granting of concessions for entertainment and amusements ; and thirdly, the criticism of certain members of the Publicity Committee regarding the limited opportunities afforded the committee to assist in the publicity work of the exhibition. The terms direct Sir W. Joynson-Hicks to report to the Colonial Office, the India Office, and the Board of Trade.
