The Executrix- of the Will of the abovenamed Deceased hereby calls for TENDERS for the PURCHASE of the LEASEHOLD FARM of the Deceased, together with all Stock and Implements as a going concern. The farm is situated at Otakou, near Portobello, and is held under Lease, with a term of Hi years still to run, at a yearly rental of £64. The land is 68 acres, all easy country, well fenced and watered, and is subdivided into three paddocks, all laid down in good English grass; can carry 30 milking cows. The farm is situated half a mile from a post office and one mile from a school. THE BUILDINGS comprise a 4-roomed Dwelling and 16-stall Cow Byre and Hayloft.
