NICOLA
To-night, at His Majesty’s Theatre, the magician Nicola will make his- last. appearance. The magician’s art holds an irresistible fascination for many people, and Nicola’s is as good an entertainment of its kind as Dunedin audiences are ever likely to see. Nicola has an extensive repertoire of mysterious acts at his command, quite apart from his clever work with cards, hats, and smaller articles, and is, in fact,’ master of the whole art of the magician. His tricks have one completely baffled as to the way in which they are accomplished, and his final performance to-night should provide a good evening’s entertainment for any who are in search of amusement.
