NEW STEP IN DEVELOPMENT. Prosi Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, October 16. (Received Oct. 16, at 8.45 p.m.) The Radio Corporation of America has announced a new step in the development of radio telephone communication. Messages between the United States and pngland were successfully sent by electron tubes, which replaced the bulky apparatus and alternators regularly used. While the latter fill the big radio house, the nine, tubes which supplemented them could be stored in a trunk.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
