ENTERTAINMENT AT ROSS HOME.

Knox Church Choir entertained the stall and inmates of Ross Homo on Thursday evening by a programme of vocal solos, part-songs, piano and elocutionary items. During the evening refreshments provided by the choir were handed round. Mr Fleming. in the unavoidable absence of the matron (Miss Young), tendered the choir the best thanks of the “old brigade” for the groat pleasure derived by one and all. A very pleasant and enjoyable entertainment was brought to a close by the singing of “Auld Lang Syne” andl the National Aifthem. The programme _ consisted of eight selections by the choir, and 'songs by Misses Gray, M‘Gibbon, and Anderson, and Messrs Alexander and Robertson. Mr M*Kay contributed a stump speech.
