SENSATIONAL STORY. Pries Association—-By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, August 6. The police at San Irancisoo are investigating a sensational case. A month ago a wealthy broker was motoring, when two men jumped on the running-board of the car, and demanded cash and diamonds. One of ,the men shot the broker’s wife dead. Subsequently the .man wds arrested, and made a statement to the police alleging that the broker had paid him and hie brother 5000 dollars to kill the broker’s wife, the broker having become infatuated with another woman. ■ The brother eluded the police till to-day. , When the officers approached his house he opened fire and ahot two policemen dead. When tile police entered the house they found the brother’s wife also shot dead. The brother himself committed suicide.—Reuter, 1 .•
