Dr Nansen, in outlining to the Council of the League of Nations a scheme to evacuate 15,000 Russian refugees from Constantinople, said that, when the necessary funds were available, he would discuss with the Australian and Canadian Governments the possibility of sending a great number of the refugees to Australia and Canada.—A. and N.Z.
