KNOX CHURCH SPIRITUAL MISSION
At the mission service Last night the Rev. A. W. Kinmont conducted the devotions, and the Rev. Tulloch Yuille preached on “The Living Christ, the Sustainer df the Christian Life.” He spoke of the living Christ as the source of all the biggest victories of Christ’s Church and of His men, and the secret of the world-wide spread of His religion. He said He is the power to lift up degraded humanity. He affects what men are, and that affects what they do. He fills human life with a greater warmth, and in that warmth good things grow and evil things die. Just because the . living Christ is a personality. He has the greater jx>wer, for the biggest powers in human life are always personalities. The subject for to-night is “The Cost of the Christian Life.”
