‘‘The Sheik,” a film version of the novel that created something of a sensation last year, will bo screened at the Empire Theatre to-day. . An excellent programme of pictures at tlie Octagon Theatre includes an Australian story, "The Blue Mountains Mystery’,’ and a circus tale, “The Puppet Man.” The new programme at the Grand Theatre should meet with the approval of patrons generally. A Metro comedy in six acts. “The Hunch,” is second only to a Selznick drama, “You Can’t Kill Love.” There are the usual supports. The Chaplin feature ‘‘The Kid” ended a highly season at Everybody’s Theatre last, night. There will be a change to-day. The Plaza Theatre . is now showing a double-feature programme in which the chief attractions are a Selznick drama, “You Can’t Kill Love,” and a Metro comedy, “Tho Ilunoh.” There are excellent supports. -®rThe headliner At the Queen’s Theatre is a Thomas H.
