The New Zealand'Shipping Company repudiated liability for pillage, having received a clean receipt from the Railway Department. ’ Counsel for the defence urged that the ■ plaintiff firm be nonsuited, as there was no H 'legal proof that the missing goods were B ever in the ease, and that there was no B proof that the pillage occurred on the B railway. H The Magistrate reserved his decision on ■ the question of nonsuit. The case is not B completed.
