BERLIN, April ..The correspondent of The Times reports that evidence which was produced in a Munich libel action included a letter which was written in December, 1914, by the Bavarian Minister, Herr Lerchenfeld, to Count von Hertling definitely revealing what has been long suspected—namely, that the Berlin and-Munich Governments knew the terms of Austria’s ultimatum to Serbia on the day oh which the Note was presented to Belgrade. —Times.
