“QUALITY" PERFORMERS

H.M. THEATRE SATURDAY NEXT. The appearance of the above company at His Majesty’s Theatre on Saturday next and all next week, under the direction of Southwood’s Ideal Attractions (Limited), is justifiably arousing keen anticipations of a very pleasant entertainment, The “Q.F.’s,” as th£y are termed for short, are a combination of 17 versatile English performers, whose skill and artistry is acknowledged of a very high standard. The programme announced for the initial performance is entitled “A Harvest of Humour and Harmony,” a collection of brilliant interludes cet to music, wonderfully staged, and magnificently dressed, an excellent orchestra, including a trao drummer, whoso set of instruments are stated to be the best heard in the dominion. In addition to the full company of “O.P.s” tho management has secured Nina Gordon, the world’s greatest mimic, from tho Palace Theatre, Loiidon. where she gained excellent credentials fbr wonderful impersonations of famous stage celebrities, which gained for her a Royal command to appear before H.M. Queen Mary and the Royal Family. Nina Gordon will nresent various items, impersonations of Madame Melba, Connie Ediss, Gladys MoncrielT. Harry Lauder, and many others. A snocial number in the “ Q.P.” programme is a brilliant Verdi operatic burlesque. The treatment, of this offering is unique. Expense has not been spared to give full justice to its possibilities. The box plan is at the Bristol. No extra charge is being made for reserving seats.
