RACING SENSATION
JOCKEY ARRESTED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, April 29. A sensation was caused in racing circles by the arrest of the jockey Arthur Niemann on a charge of conspiracy to prevent Seal King from winning the Sandown Park Plate. The information was laid by the owner, who, with* the trainer arid' jockey, ■was disqualified after the race.
