JACOBI FOUND GUILTY. I‘ress Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 28. At the Old Bailey, the jury found Jacobi guilty of the murder of Lady White, adding a strong recommendation to mercy on the ground that they did not believe he entered the bedroom intending to kill. Mr Justice M‘Cardie passed the death sentence and forwarded the recommendation to the Home Secretary.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
