DAMAGED APPLES
A CONSIGNMENT FROZEN,

LONDON, April 28. Buyers are returning large quantities of the Armagh’s apples, which have apparently been frozen. They looked good when discharged, but turned brown after exposure to the air. The consignees are claiming on the shipowners. There is a good market for apples in Manchester.— 3k. and N.Z. Cable.
