FORESTERS
There was a splendid attendance of members at the usual meeting of Court Pride of the Leith, which was held on Wednesday evening at the Albany Street Hall. The C.R. Bro. R. B. Johnston presided. The delegates to the recent annual district meeting submitted their reports. Bro. R. S. Verooe gave the chief report, for which he was specially thanked and complimented on the manner in which he presented it. Bros. Benfell, Rutherford, M’Natty. Harbrow, Gaston, and Munro, the other delegates also delivered their reports and were thanked. Suitable arrangements were made to present the Memorial Scholarship prize, which was w«n by a daughter of a member of the court. The function is to take place next meeting. Members wore invited to bring along their friends on that occasion. The roll of membership was increased by the admittance of three new members, and a fine meeting dosed at 10.30. An Order-in-Council gazetted fixes the following fees in connection with the issue of letters of naturalisation under the Aliens Act, 1908:—Leters of naturalisation issued to a woman who was a British subject previous to her marriage with an alien, ss; letters of naturalisation granted 'in other cases, £10; endorsement of any certificate or letters of naturalisation obtained out of New Zealand, £10; a certified copy of any certificate or letters of naturalisation, 10b.
