Southland), claim £7 18s Id, for hardware supplied (costs £2 Its 6d); A. S. Paterson, and Co., Ltd., v. J. Innes (Queenstown), claim £3O 3s, for goods (costs £4 Is 6d); H. Divers v. Patrick Meoney (Kaikorai), claim £3 10s 6d, balance of money lent (costs 23s 6d); E. Lockerbie v. Hannah Campbell, claim £4l 17a sd, on an account stated (coats £4 Is 6d); Waitaki Dairy Company v. Eobert Geo. Williams (Waiwera), claim £43 Is 2d, balance due for goods supplied (costs £4 9s 6d). . Wm. K. Kemp v. James Eichmond, claim ■under a judgment, the amount involved being £7 12s lid.—ln the absence of defendant an order was made for the payment of tbe amount named, with costs (10s), forthwith, in default eight days’ imprisonment. Park Davis and Co. v. George Boutery (Mornington), claim £34 15s 7d under a judgment summons.—Order refused.
