(Received March 24, at 0.40 p.m.) Tlie Near East Conference decided that if Turkey accepts the proposals sho will bo admitted to the League of Nations. The proceedings at the conference are being conducted with tile greatest sccrocy, but it is believed that it} is considering the protection of minorities and the Dardanelles question. It is not believed, that Groat Britain intends to interfere in any religions settlement, which will bo left to the parties concerned. —A. and N.Z. Gable.
