ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION
ATTACK ON CHINESE MINISTER. A FANATICAL STUDENT. Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, March 21. The man who attacked the Chinese Minister was a student. He fired four shots at the motor-car. The engineer who was with the Minister was wounded in the head. The assailant immediately gave himself up to the police. He stated that he fired because the Minister had showed little regard for Chinese residents in Paris.—Reuter.
