RUSSIA AND POLAND. SOVIET PREPARATIONS. Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright. COPENHAGEN, March 20. Advices from Riga state that the Soviet is busily preparing for war. Great forces from Kieff and Charkoff have been sent to protect the Polish and Rumanian frontiers. Troops are also concentrating on the Finnish border. The whole of the 1922 class is being mobilised, and military doctors have been called up. The Red fleet has also been placed on a war footing.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
